RETURN POLICY

 

Refunds:

All sales are final. We apologize, once the order is place, we cannot issue refunds or offer exchanges on any items. Unless it was a mistake by Micheladas El Chapulin. 

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipping Time:

7-14 BUSINESS DAYS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT! 
We strive to ship within 3-5 business days of receiving the order. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

Tracking: 

Once the order is processed and scanned you will receive an email with your tracking number. When the carrier receives your package and scans it the tracking number info will be updated. (Please allow 24 hours)

 

Delivered but not received:

If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order, but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier (USPS) directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address. 

 

Orders was sent back to us:

Orders that have been undelivered address will be sent back to us. If we receive your order back, we will contact you for an address update. Once the order is reshipped you will receive a new tracking number.

 

Address Correction:

If you need an address correction, please contact Micheladas El Chapulin with your name and order confirmation and a small description.
